Our service gives you peace of mind because your extraction system is our responsibility from quote – cleaning – to sending documents to the council, insurance or landlord.
All systems surveyed and cleaned by Made 2 Shine Ltd are recorded and verified on our bespoke database system VMP (Ventilation Management Programme).
This system has been specifically designed to ensure that when we are asked to survey and verify the condition or cleanliness of your ventilation systems, we will provide you with a detailed report with all industry compliant information required free of charge.
YOU'RE LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
A real service followed by real proofs of our job that will entirely fill the requirements of the regulation because from April 2006 it became an offence if systems were not maintained from a fire risk perspective and in the event of personal injury or death from a fire associated with a poorly maintained system (section 17 of the RRO) charges of corporate liability or manslaughter may be brought against the operator (responsible person).
Made 2 Shine is FULLY CERTIFIED with HVCA (B&ES)-TR/19 and uses this specification as a BASELINE FOR ALL EXTRACTION SYSTEM CLEANING.
When your hygiene certificate is due to expire, we will let you know at a minimum ten days in advance, and you will get the best deals for the renewal as a loyal customer.
